Global Excellence Alliance was founded by Swisslines, Leaf Airways and Air Jordan on 19th of February 2018. The Alliance quickly grew with the addition of European Central Airlines, Black Hole Group and Air Malaysia to one of the biggest Alliances on Aspern. During the merger with Earth Stand (2019-2020) the Alliance finally reached the first place worldwide in terms of transported passengers. On the 5th of August, Swisslines handed over its position as the director of the Alliance to Australia International Airline.
