Swiss Terminal was founded in 2014 as subsidiary of Airways of Switzerland, in order to take care of the Ground Handling of Swissways. The company went public on August 17th 2014. Following the bankruptcy of Swissways, the company was temporarily controlled by multiple investors such as Cardinal Air & British Falcon.
Latest News:
2017: SR Airlines (Swisslines) takes over the company. On the same day, SR Group (Cross the World) founded Swiss Partners (predecessor of Cross Global Invest), an association of all Swiss flight-related service companies, to which Swiss Terminal belonged from then on.
17. May 2018: European Central Airlines takes over the company. Shortly thereafter, the company is spun off into the ECA Real Estate division
18. October 2020: Swiss Terminal joins the Cross Global Invest Alliance
19. May 2022: Through the merger of ECA & Cross Switzerland, the company returns to the control of Cross the World.
