UNASUR Airlines was founded in 2019 by Cross Switzerland and served as the main partner in South America of the Swisslines Group (formerly known as Cross the World) over the span of over 4 years, until the dissolution of the Group in 2023. UNASUR Airlines operates closely with its fellow UNASUR Airlines Group partners in Chile and Ecuador, as well as all former Swisslines Group members and Global Excellence partners. The company was ultimately taken over by Air Tourtiere Group on the 28th of July 2023.
